Biz Bash Duluth takes place September 17th
Lundeen Productions is gearing up for its newest event, Biz Bash Duluth, taking place on Tuesday, September 17th from 3PM to 6PM at the Clyde Malting Building. The event is being billed as “Part Handshake. Part Happy Hour.” It features the usual expo highlights like seminars, exhibitors, and networking, and some unusual ones, like a cash bar, entertainment, and games during the final “happy” hour.
This year’s seminars will be presented by Mike Korte (Director of Business Development) and Sascha Mansson (EOS Implementor) of the Entrepreneur Fund and UMD’s Interim Sales Program Director, John Kratz.
The Entrepreneur Fund will present “Get What You Want from your Business through EOS” (Entrepreneurial Operating System), a program that thousands of entrepreneurial companies around the world are using to get more of what they want from their business. The program is built for busy entrepreneurs and uses a holistic model and approach to help entrepreneurs focus on six key components of their business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Transaction. John Kratz’s Ted Talk-style presentation “High Stakes Short-Form Storytelling for Influencing Others” will give you the keys to create an impactful elevator speech, brief introduction, or a short presentation on your business or key products and services.
VIP ticket holders are guaranteed a spot in one of two speed networking sessions, where participants will briefly network in small groups, meeting up to 40 other business people in about a half-hour. On the main floor, attendees will find exhibitors with products and services ranging from finance to coaching to office supplies. Upstairs The Salon at Ulta – Duluth will have a beauty bar with tips and tricks on how to look your best every day and for special occasions. All attendees will receive a lanyard and bag courtesy of Biz Bash Duluth and Footprint Promotional Advertising.
The final hour of the event is emcee’d by our Happy Hour Host, Cory Bonneville of Sounds Unlimited. Teams will vie for prizes in our Trout Tank contest – an expedited, Shark Tank-style event where teams will create a solution to a problem, brand it, and pitch it to our judges. Attendees will also find sample size appetizers and more fun during this time.
The event is sponsored by US Bank, the Entrepreneur Fund, Great Lakes Office Solutions, Midwest Communications, Footprint Promotional Advertising, Arrowhead Printing, and Sounds Unlimited.
VIP ($10) and General Admission ($6) tickets are available online at bizbashduluth.com. General Admission tickets will be available at the door on September 17th. Contact Angie Simonson for more information at email@example.com
